The route reaches Fornovo di Taro, running nearby some points of cultural and architectural interest: the parish church of Madregolo, the Corte of Giarola and the historic centre of Parma. The route also crosses the Taro River Regional Park. The arrival in Fornovo di Taro connects this track to the main route of the Via Francigena.
